Specialist Notes:


Percipio courses cannot be retaken through the standard re-registration process to receive an updated certificate in the CLC. These requests must be escalated so the Administrators can manually reassign the course to the user and process the new completion.
 

IMPORTANT!

 

Should a NOAA user (including OMAO, SI, and NWS) request to retake the Cyber Awareness Challenge (CSAT) training, refer to the CSAT | Retake Training SR instead.


HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?
 

  1. Confirm the course shows as Completed in the user’s transcript.
  2. Confirm it is a Percipio course by checking the Provider:
    • Open the course’s Training Details page, or
    • Locate the course in the CLC Catalog and check the Provider column.


3. Escalate (ensure to include the Full Course Title and the Reason for Retake)
