Should users reach out asking whether they will receive a NIST Primary account (@nist.gov), please confirm their employee type and follow the guidance below:
- NIST Employees - Provide the No Account SR.
- Non-Employees (Contractors, employees from other agencies/bureaus, or individuals who need to enter a NIST facility) - Use the SR below.
Kindly note that the Administrators have advised that you contact your Hiring Manager to confirm whether you will receive a NIST Primary account. If your Hiring Manager has already confirmed that you will receive one, please let us know so we can provide further advice.
