Should you find a Pending NIST Onboarding (NISTO) account, first verify whether the user has an active NIST Primary account associated with their full name or @nist.gov email address.
- If Yes: Refer to the Onboarding Account | Scenarios SR to continue assisting the user.
- If No: Provided the SR below.
If the activation email has not arrived after 5 minutes, advise the user to select ‘Resend Link’ on the registration confirmation page. If the issue persists, verify the user's email address and escalate to the Admins for manual activation.
