Every Monday of a new pay period a file of new employees is submitted to DOC and is included in the NEXT data feed. The CLC account should be ready by that Wednesday if not, it will be available the next Monday.

Approximately 3-10 days after an employee begins to work, their HR information is populated in our internal systems. Once this has occurred it becomes part of the CLC employee information data feed sent to DOC on a regular basis. You will be updated via e-mail when your account is available.

If the waiting period has passed, we will be more than happy to escalate this for you.
