Specialist Notes:


Whenever you are unable to locate a user account using the full name or email address provided, share the following SR with the user.

 

If the user specifically requests assistance creating a NIST Onboarding (NISTO) account or needs access to Escort Training, refer to the following SRs for additional guidance:

IMPORTANT!

DO NOT advise all users to create a NISTO account simply because a CLC account cannot be located. Some users may be able to wait for their NIST Primary account to be created, depending on guidance from their Hiring Manager.

If the expected waiting period has passed, request the following information and escalate:

 1. Employment type

2. Date of Hire

3. Supervisor's Name

4. Supervisor's Email

5. Any changed info.

Thank you for your patience. Kindly note that the Administrators have advised that it may take 1-2 pay period cycles for new hire user accounts to be updated in the CLC.

If this timeframe has passed, we will be more than happy to escalate this on your behalf.
