Clarify with the user if they truly only want their SSO Password reset or if they just want to get into the CLC. 

If they just want to get into the CLC kindly advise them to use credentials and if they need their password reset we can reset it. Then send user SR from 'I need my CLC Password reset'. 

 

If they want their SSO password reset, please create a ticket.
