If the user needs a password reset, please use the SR 'I need my CLC password reset'.
If the user is working from home, they'll need to use their username/password to log in.

Kindly note that, Single Sign-On (SSO) has been activated for your bureau. While you may still sign into the CLC using the manual sign in (your username and password), the DOC Administrators have highly advised that logging in via SSO is the preferred method.
