Login Requests | No Personal Email Addresses

All Login Requests must be sent to the government email address associated with the user's CLC account. Personal and contractor email addresses are not acceptable due to security reasons.
IMPORTANT!
- Do NOT send or CC login details to a personal email, contractor email, or the user's manager.
- The user's manager may be CC'd on general communication or status updates only.
- If the user cannot access their government-issued email, refer to the Login Requests | Cannot Access DOC Email SR.
- Exception: Users whose CLC account is registered with an approved non-government email address (example: NIST onboarding users) may be assisted through the email address associated with their CLC account.

For security reasons, we cannot send CLC login details or password reset information to your personal email address.
