Because of this, they no longer have their NTIS emails. Should they reach out to us via live chat or tickets, please room scooch to NIST. This also means we shouldn't really receive any NTIS tickets, but just in case we do, please refer to the previous statement.
Concerning how or where to escalate these tickets, the administrators have informed us to treat/handle them as we would NIST users and their tickets.
