If a user enters chat and requests assistance with accessing/launching training saved under a playlist that they previously created, please provide the SR below.

To access training saved under your 'Playlists', please follow the instructions below.

1. Log into your CLC account.

2. Click the 'Learning' tab on your Home screen.

3. Click on the 'Playlists' option from the drop down menu that appears.

4. From the 'Playlists' screen, locate the title of the playlist you would like to access and then click on it.

5. Scroll down to view the training listed under your 'Playlists'.

6. Click on the training title to launch the course.
