If a user comes into chat requesting assistance with creating a playlist, please provide the SR below.

To create a playlist, please follow the instructions below. 

1. Log into your CLC account.

2. Click the 'Learning' tab on your Home screen.

3. Click on the 'Playlists' option from the drop down.

4. On the 'Playlists' screen, click on the blue ‘Create New’ button at the right top of the screen.

5. Enter a title for your playlist on the pop up screen then click on the ‘Create’ button.

6. To add training courses to your playlist, you may use the ‘Add From Catalog’ option at the bottom of the 'Playlists' screen or you may browse the catalog.

Note: If you are using the ‘Browse For Training’ option to add training courses to your playlists, you will need to click on the course title then click on the drop down arrow to the right of the blue ‘Launch’ button. You will then be able to select the ‘Add to Playlists’ option.
