Network and SSO Considerations

In-Office Users

• Users connected to the DOC NIST network onsite should be able to access the DOC CLC through SSO.

Remote Users

• Remote users should connect to the DOC NIST network using their government-issued VPN before attempting to access the DOC CLC through SSO.

If the User Cannot Access the DOC NIST Network

• If the user cannot connect to the DOC NIST network, they may attempt to log in manually through the DOC CLC sign-in page. Should users need assistance logging into their accounts manually, please refer to Password Reset Request SR.
