Clarify with the user if they truly only want their SSO Password reset or if they just want to get into the CLC. 

If they just want to get into the CLC kindly advise them to use credentials and if they need their password reset, we can reset it. Once done, send user SR 'Password Reset Request'. 

If they want their SSO password reset, please create a ticket.
