Some users have reported not being able to get back to the course after they click on a link. A user may advise that they are stuck in a loop, can't find the course, etc. You may need to ask questions to really understand the users' interpretation of this.

Please follow the instructions below carefully to navigate progress in your training.

1. Log into your CLC Account.

2. Launch the course from your transcript (a new window will open, and you should be prompted to return where you left off).

4. After being redirected to the link from the hyperlink, hover your cursor over the Google Chrome icon from the taskbar (the bar where your Start Menu is located). You will notice snapshot windows will appear as a preview - one showing the main Google Chrome window from which you launch your course and the other showing the course window. Click on the course window.

5. If you have more links to click on in the slide, please click on the second hyperlink. (Again, this will open a new tab in the main Google Chrome window).

6. Repeat Step #3 and #4 as many times as your slide requires.

7. When you've clicked all of the hyperlinks on the course window, the 'Next' button should then appear and allow you to progress to the next part of the course.
