Please know that the 'No FEAR Act 2024-2025 Training' applies to federal users only, within all bureaus except USPTO. 

This training is not to be confused with the Percipio 'The No FEAR Act' course that users may see when they search for the training, as seen in the screenshot below.

Kindly inform users that having completed 'The No FEAR Act' does not count as credit toward the 'No FEAR Act 2024-2025' training that was assigned by the administrations, and they still need to complete this training.

The administrators would also like us to note that the training will be found on the user's transcript unless they were recently hired. Should they not see it on their transcript, please continue to inform them that it is the 2024-2025 version they need to search for and take.
