While it isn't an issue we see often, the CLC Administrators have given us permission to manually reset a user's password using a FreshChat generated password.
IMPORTANT! Passwords should only be reset manually if a user isn't receiving the email normally sent after utilizing the 'Send Forgot Password email.' option and only after they have confirmed it is not in their spam or junk folder. Please remind users that they should be accessing the CLC via SSO. An exception to this may be Onboarding users who do not have a DOC email yet. The administrators have also asked that we only manually reset a user's password if we are able to locate an active account within the CLC as this option should be considered a last resort to help them get into the CLC. |

My apologies for the issues you're having in receiving the CLC's 'Forgot Password' email. I will reset your password manually to allow you access.
Please note that the CLC Administrators highly prefer that you sign in via SSO.
