User comes in and wants to have a course/training that is no longer needed to be Removed.  We are not able to assist them with this issue.  Our suggestion is to archive the course and it will no longer show under their Transcript. 

If the user pushes back and wants it deleted, you can escalate, and the admin has the ability to remove the course. 

To remove a course from showing in your Transcript, please archive the course and it will no longer be listed.
Here are the directions to move a course to the archive:

1. Click on View Transcripts
2. Find the course and select it
3. Click on View Training Detail
4. Once the page loads, the button Move to Archive Training will be in the upper right-hand corner. Click on the button.
5. The course will no longer be listed under your Transcript
