We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you’ve had accessing (Course Name). The problem you are experiencing is related to Adobe Flash no longer being supported as of January 12, 2021. That means that online courses that were based in flash unfortunately no longer work.
Our Support team has contacted the DOC CLC Administrators and they are working with the course content owners to resolve the issue by working to fix and/or rebuild necessary training. Please stay tuned from your Bureau for any updates. While they are working as quickly as possible to update these courses, we do not currently have an estimated time of resolution. We encourage you to check back for updates. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience!
