SR to update users when their course has been moved to completion by DOC.

DOC [BUREAU] CLC Administrators have successfully moved the course ["COURSE NAME"] to completion. If the course has a certificate associated with it, you will be able to find your certificate by doing the following:

1. Click on the TRAINING or LEARNING tab from the welcome page
2. A drop-down will appear - click on View Your Transcript
3. On your transcript page, click on the ACTIVE button and then click on COMPLETED
4. A list of your completed courses will appear.
5. Locate the course and then click on the course title, which will then take you to the course's details page
6. Look for CERTIFICATE and you will see blue text saying PRINT CERTIFICATE
