When a user is requesting to have a course/training that is no longer needed to be removed from their Transcript, give them the SR below.
We do not have the authority to assist the user with this request.  To simply remove the course so they no longer see it when they review their transcript, the best solution is to just archive it. 

Please Note:  If a user pushes back and insists they want it completely removed, the admins are able to remove it.

Unfortunately, a user is not allowed to remove a course from their Transcript, however, you are allowed to archive the course and it will be removed from the Transcript. Here are the directions to move a course to the archive:

1. Click on View Transcripts.
2. Find the course and select it.
3. Click on View Training Detail.
4. Once the page loads, the button Move to Archive Training will be in the upper right-hand corner. Click on the button.
5. The course will no longer be listed under your Transcript.
